A robust combination of rest-latch engineering and a cautionary color-coded handle. Warning pull pin has a reminder function. Metal coated with trivalent white zinc, stable corrosion resistance. When the center pin is not properly inserted into the hole, the color circle at the top will be raised to alert the user. The metal parts of the pulling pin are made by CNC lathe, so the small tolerance can reduce the wobble and make the 8mm center pin have higher load capacity. The threads are M16x19mm in accordance with Grade 2 threads. Other sizes and materials are also available to suit customer requirements. The hand-pulled part can be used as a circle knob to drive the screw to fasten the workpiece. This part is produced using a high tenacity nylon reinforced material and a matte, high quality design from a mold made by UJEN. Function

Simply pull the top knob to quickly disengage the pin, adjust the component, and release—the built-in spring immediately returns the pin into its positioning hole for precise re-engagement.
Featuring an innovative visual safety indicator, if the pin is not properly reinserted, a colored indicator on top of the knob pops up, and an orange warning ring around the screw becomes visible, instantly alerting the user to the improper engagement for prompt correction.
Additionally, this safety indexing pin allows manual rotation of the knob for convenient hand-tightening of components, securely preventing vibration and loosening without additional tools.
